Went back for a visit to a project I had done in Park Ridge, IL.
New front elevation consisting of a new covered porch and two story turret.
The landscaping has grown nicely as well.

Working on a theoretical 8 story Residential Tower while experimenting with some rendering programs. There are (4) units per floor which each unit having access to an exterior balcony.
Used Sketchup software and then rendered in Maxwell. Last rendering is a close up of the unit's balcony.

Hinsdale Coffee Shop Proposed Elevation Update

Proposed Exterior of a Coffee Shop in Hinsdale, IL. The original image is shown in black and white.
Removing the hexagon window and adding a new window with flanking wood shutters. Then adding longing wooden shutters below in the closed position (no window) for better window alignment.
Client wanted to show the development of the coffee bean from beginning (on the vine) to the roasting process then ready for consumption. A new awning was added over the existing storefront entry. Flower planters added to make the location more inviting and soften the hardscape.

Proposed Addition Layout - Version 3

This is version 3 - bumping out the family room by two feet - increases the room size and provides some exterior relief to an otherwise straight exterior wall. New kitchen location open to breakfast area and family room. Small wall construction contains TV, Fireplace and means of separation between family room and breakfast area. Wall Construction would stop short of the ceiling by approx. one foot.
